Our own experienced delivery drivers ensure a careful and courteous delivery.
We have found there is a longer customer satisfaction rate with a Sealy, Tempur-pedic and Stearns and Foster mattresses. We are the only exclusive supplier of Tempur-Sealy in the surrounding counties.
All the Sealy and S & F mattresses we sell are made in America with their components being made in Pennsylvania and assembled in New Jersey

COMFORT SATISFACTION POLICY:
Lancaster Mattress Co. and Sealy, Stearns & Foster and Tempur-pedic provide this service, for customers who need additional and assistance to select the mattress that meets their “individual needs” of support and comfort.
Limitations of the Policy:
To ensure the new mattress meets the manufacturer’s “Satisfaction Policy” related to cleanliness and hygiene; the customer is required to purchase, along with the new mattress, a Mattress Protector to ensure the mattress is returned to the manufacturer dirt and stain free.
Within the “Satisfaction” period and after the required First-30-Night Adjustment Period, the customer may re-select another model. The customer will need to notify Lancaster Mattress within the Trial Period that pertains to the model that was purchased (see below).
The customer is responsible for any price difference when the re-selected mattress is of a greater monetary value (there is no refund if a lower valued/priced mattress is re-selected).
The time period varies among the various Collections. The following limits apply: Sealy Posturepedic collection carry a 30-Day trial period. Sealy Posturepedic, Hybrids and Stearns collections are covered by a 60-Day trial period. The Tempur-pedic collection is covered by a 90-Day trial period.
This policy pertains to a one re-selection only.
The Customer is responsible for the transportation costs and Return to Vendor fee of $190.00 associated with returning the mattress to Lancaster Mattress Co. and Tempur Sealy.
